Exchange & Returns

Bella & Jules values you and your support. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, that we do not offer free returns, and you are welcome to choose a local courier of your choice. We do recommend you send your Return or Exchange parcel in its original packaging, with a Registered & Traced courier service. If an item returned to us is sent without track and trace gets lost or does not enter our warehouse for any reason, we cannot accept responsibility for the item.
